Gift Wrapping Presents with Party Printables

Hi!  It’s Mariah from Giggles Galore here to share some creative ideas for gift wrapping those special holiday gifts.  I love wrapping Christmas presents, there is something so exciting about seeing pretty packages underneath the tree.  My mother always wrapped our presents to match the tree and of course she added lots of pizzazz and personality to each present she wrapped.

There are so many creative and fun ways to decorate presents and while I was preparing for my daughter’s class party I realized I had some extra party printables.  I decided to use some of the cute snowman printables Rebekah had designed for me to add a little pizzazz to our presents this year.

The key to creating pretty packages under the tree is to coordinate the colors or style of your wrapping.  I used red and white as my base for the wrapping paper and added the printables in unique ways for that pop of color and whimsy.

Tulle is one of my favorite ways to wrap presents.  For this present I wrapped a water bottle label from the snowman package around the front of the box and then gathered a bunch of tulle around the box and tied it with a pretty bow and a glitter letter for the recipient.

This red and white polka dot paper is one of my favorites and I kept things simple with this present.  I simply added a lollipop and cut a tag from the coordinating paper.

To make packages pretty use traditional items in unexpected ways, like this plastic ornament filled with red jelly beans and a party circle that says “let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!”  Attach it to a simple white package with red twine and you have a pretty and fun package any little one would love.

Do you still have presents left to gift wrap?  Use those leftover party printables to add a little extra special pizzazz to those special gifts.

A Blissful Nest’s Snowman Party Circle’s are in the shop and ready to print!

These have been in the works for quite some time but since I had to take off so long over the holidays I postponed the launch until now. I adore these and I love that they are totally custom to coordinate with where  you want to use them.

Introducing our new

PERSONALIZED

Lucite Trays!!

Be it your family room coffee table as a catch-all for your remotes. . .

or in your formal living room with a gorgeous nic nac nestled inside.

Or for a baby’s room.

I think it would be beautiful AND functional sitting on the changing table as a catch-all for your baby necessities and then later moved into another room. Just change the insert. It’s that simple.

They come in 2 sizes- 12×12 and 11×17.

Maybe (like me!) you use one size for your living room and then another in your home office to hold your stapler and pencil cup.

The ideas are endless and thats why I have made them so easy to go with the style of your home or to customize for a special gift.

So if you need a shower gift, I like this one:

Or if you need a hostess gift, try this one:

So which one will you select? Which one will you give as a gift? So many options to choose from.

I couldn’t decide so I have 3 in the house already!!

{Guest Post} Gift Wrapping Ideas by Lili of Swanky::Chic::Fete

Hello friends! So excited to be visiting over here today at A Blissful Nest. I am so honored and thankful to be able to guest post here as I am a big fan of Rebekah’s work. Today, I’m sharing a few creative ways to package your holiday presents this gift-giving season.
I am big in repurposing, recycling and re-using what you already have at home to use as a gift holder or wrapper if you will. Other than obviously reusing a gift box to hold your special present, there are a few unique and lovely ways to package your gift that I’m sure whoever receives it will delight on the thought.
If you have beautiful old tin cans laying around in the pantry, why not use it to hold a precious gift. Most often vintage tin cans are colorful and full of bright patterns that’s just pleasing to look at. The pretty tin cans as packaging for your holiday gifts will be a delightful surprise to anyone who receives them!

Baskets are great way to package bulky gifts such as wool blankets, scarves, towels, shawls, pillows. Smaller baskets can hold cookies, candies, desserts and more. I love that they can afterwards hold mail, trinkets, pens, toys and keys at home!

If you opt to recycle gift boxes and wrap them with pretty wrapping paper, consider trying to wrap them with  these unique ideas of using kraft/brown paper, old map paper, newspaper and lovely fabric!

To dress up your presents, try tying a christmas ornament on a beautiful ribbon or baker’s twine. Pasting pretty paper flowers, snowflakes or doilies will be adorable accents as well. For a more vintage vibe, attaching a lovely button or crocheted doily or fabric floral pieces will surely brighten up your gifts!

I wish one and all a very merry HAPPY HOLIDAYS !

Pinning- Gift Wrap Ideas

We are getting ready to leave on Thursday morning for a wedding in Hawaii and then when we come back a week and a half later we have 2 more weddings in the same weekend. So last night as I was finishing proofs/orders/and packing (and feeling a little burned out for a moment), I decided to pin quickly how to wrap these gifts for these weddings. I love Pinterest for its creativeness and inspiration. I was working with one of the brides this last weekend on her dessert table, trying to explain something not very well I am afraid, opened up Pinterest and found exactly what I was trying to describe. She immediately got it and loved it!! So if you are headed to a bunch of weddings like me, here are some gorgeous ideas on how to wrap those gifts!
