Hello lovely readers of A Blissful Nest, I’m Cassie from Hi Sugarplum, and I was thrilled when Rebekah asked me to participate in her Holiday Series. Next to the Christmas tree, a decorated mantel is my favorite part of Holiday decor. And fortunately, I have two mantels to play with each year! This allows me to have one that fulfills my girly side, and another that’s more cozy and traditional.
Our Living Room is the brighter, more formal room in the house, so it tends to receive a more modern treatment. This year I used fresh Magnolia leaves from our backyard, and added pink touches since it’s our accent color for Christmas. Here is our Pink Magnolia Mantel:
Last year, we focused on mostly metallics, so we had a Glittery Gold Mantel.
I created the sparkly NOEL with paper mache letters and glitter.
But you know families tend to snuggle near the TV and Christmas tree, so the Den is where we have a Traditional Mantel.
Thanks for having me Rebekah, it’s been fun! You can check out all my Christmas Projects at Hi Sugarplum!

Thanks for having me, Rebekah! It was fun to hang out over here for a bit!
Merry Christmas..xo. Cassie
